BETA International 2019
Society of Master Saddlers Bridlework Competition held at BETA International 2019. There was 4 apprentices/trainees and they had to make a high ring Grakle to a set specification in 6hrs but also to the highest standard possible, what made this trickier was because it was at BETA a huge trade fair in the equestrian industry, it meant there was a large number of spectators looking around and asking questions, which interrupted you whilst working. It was judged by two highly respected master saddlers that also judge at the national saddlery competition too, Catherine Baker from Wylye Valley Equine and Helen Reader from HR Saddlery.
